I had 2 excellent experiences with Darius (5 stars), but my 3rd experience (without Darius) was terrible (0 stars). The shop owner began working remotely without my awareness and proceeded to change my whole Outlook set-up, including downloading 44K old emails. I asked him to stop, but he wasn't attending to texts. The download took several hours whiIe I couldn't use my computer. Now email comes to 2 new inboxes, creating chaos for my business. The owner agreed not to charge me, but when I asked for Darius to correct the problems, I got no answer. I've transferred to a different computer shop, but the problems remain.

Very nice people. They did a great job installing my new GPU. For not having an appointment they did the work in a timely manner. I am very pleased with Biltmore Computer.

I received good advice regarding my computer's problem and communication was good. They seem to care about what is best for the customer, rather than just running up a high bill. They sell rebuilt items at a bargain price.

Team took time to talk through all the problems I was having, troubleshot the problems and then walked me through my repair/replace options. I appreciate the 1:1 approach and the time they took to dumbdown what was wrong so I could understand the options and make a decision.

My iMac was sick and it was an “emergency,” so I paid the $50 rush fee and Darius got on it right away. Megan was on the front desk and between the two of them, they put my mind at ease, and assured me they would take care of my “baby.”😏 I picked it up a couple of days later, and Darius was more than gracious, and answered all my questions, even about another “baby” sitting at home. This is a first class computer store, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. Thanks Darius & Megan!
