Excellent customer service by Chase. My last minute specialty print job for a church mission (well, couple hours before closing) came during an unexpected weekend rush of orders for NC hurricane relief and a local town festival. Staples print shop was not prepared. Plus, mainstay print team was out sick. Chase, who does not generally handle printing, managed the heavy load, complex work, and was sweet about it. Thank you Staples Asheboro for your awesome crew.

I brought in a large package to ship UPS, was going to cost $108. This was a shock! Olivia showed me how ro use Pirate Ship and the cost was $62. She provided excellent customer service beyond and above. She showed me how to do this while serving other customers. I am very pleased with the savings and the excellent service.

The Amazon drop off situation at this store needs improvement. Staff does not even acknowledge your presence as you stand in line. They prioritize “Staples” customers over Amazon return customers but what they fail to realize is they are one and the same. I hope they can streamline their efficiency.

This is the worst UPS location site in the world! I have been to this store two different the times the first time I can no one ever came to assist me after standing in line for about 30 minutes. The second time I came the associate said they weren't sure the lable will be correct if I follow the directions on the site to get my shipping label. I am just appalled at the time I stood in line for about 15 minutes! Just not happy! I'm giving 2 stars because although I LOVE LOVE LOVE Staples you should make sure any kiosk you have in your store is well educated to keep your customers happy!!! I will be going to that particular UPS site to post as well!
