Absolutely so impressed with them! They are amazing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with confidence. They were able to replace my screen quickly as well as later down the road it was acting funny and they completely replaced it at no charge due to a possible defective screen that sometimes happens. The team at uBreakiFix was lovely to work with! They got me in same day to take a look at my phone, ordered the needed parts that day, were clear about pricing, and within a few days got me back in to make the fix! Even put on a new glass screen protector for me for free since mine was cracked. All in all their customer service is great and I’d recommend them to anyone in the area needing a device repair!

Dropped my phone out of my baby stroller and shattered the screen so I called asurion and they got me fixed with going to this location to have my screen replaced. She stated that Sundays the business was open 12:00 to 5:00 so today I drove over an hour to the location and when I arrived at 1pm the open sign was off the doors were locked. And on the door it reads Sunday 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.. If this is not accurate then their information needs to be updated. I'm a mother of five and I don't feel like wasting 2 hours of my Sunday and gas money. Driving to a business and it not be open.

My phone got damp during hurricane Helene and it wouldn't charge. I was worried I would not be able to get my contacts or my pictures. These guys at ubreakifix were so professional. They took it and called me within the hour had my phone charging and would be ready by the time I returned.you guys are amazing. Thank you so much will highly recommend

Staff was courteous. Store looks clean and well managed. The service tech set realistic expectations about potential for repair and pricing. While the product turned out to not be repairable, I will absolutely trust them with the next broken device I have.
