Their website says they are open until 8 on Saturday. The hours on the door say they are open until 5 on Saturdays. When I called around 2:15 on Saturday they said they closed at 3:00. So I explained how I had dropped and cracked the screen on my phone, would that be something they would be able to fix? They said yes depending on what type of phone and if they had the screen available. I actually had bought a screen off Amazon and showed up 5-10 minutes later and they told me to come back on Monday. If they knew there wasn't time, why did they have me drive there? Why didn't they just tell me that on the phone? How long does it take to replace a screen when the screen is provided? I will be taking my business somewhere else on Monday.

My first experience with this company was great I had great customer service everything was great. This last time will be just that THE LAST TIME. So I dropped my phone face down on the tile floor and the screen came off ( which means they didn't put all my screws back the first time) anyway so I took it to get replaced and they charged me $91 ok cool. So then about 30 minutes later I noticed the back camera wasn't working so I took it back up there because they said they'd fix it no charge. So I take it back the manager comes out and was like she had nothing to do with that and she'd have to charge me to fix it.... ok so then she says it'll only take an hour to fix and I left my phone in her care. Home girl walks out the store and locks it and tells me someone will come soon she'll be back in 30mins she had to go pick up her son ok..... 3 HOURS GO BY.... she's still not there. Long story short I get my phone I paid for ALL repairs and it still glitches when I try to watch something and also I can't hear I have to use speaker or my headphones.... this place is trash !!!!

I was very impressed with the service. Josh was very knowledgeable. He was able to quickly resolve my phone issue in minutes. This allowed me to access important numbers and messaging for my business. I will definitely come back if I have any other problems. Josh was awesome!

Have been to RAS twice now (It seems I have a hard time holding onto my phone). Both times, they were so very polite and quick with my screen repair. Would recommend to anyone looking for convenient, quick and cost effective cell phone repair!

Went to get my screen fixed before a weekend vacation with my family. Got the phone fixed and it wasn’t until I was on the way home I realized that the phone wouldn’t function unless it was on speaker. I turned around And drove back, but the door was closed and no one was inside (or no one responded when I knocked). I called both numbers listed, neither had a voicemail set up so I couldn’t leave a message, I then left a Facebook message with them and waited. I tried calling again later and got through to (I assume) the manager or owner who had worked on my phone. I explained the situation and that I had plans already made for the weekend, I told him I’d rather have my phone with limited capabilities than to leave it with him for the whole weekend, he agreed that wouldn’t be the best situation either and asked if he could call me right back with his availability. That phone call was at 5:37pm. I didn’t hear back, but after putting my son to bed I saw I had two missed calls from two different numbers, one at around 8:30pm and one around 9pm, neither of them left messages. I tried their Facebook again and was told that he did try to call me back ‘that same day to let me know he could come back’ and when I explained I had no messages or missed calls from either of the numbers listed for his business he finally said that it came from a different number, the one matching the missed call at 8:30pm. I didn’t even address the obvious, instead I asked about another problem that I found with my phone, the camera had stopped working. The first response was that ‘when we replace the LCD we don’t come into contact with the camera’. Long story short, it apparently did. After getting back from my trip, I went back and he got my phone back to functional order but not before being generally defensive and unpleasant to deal with over messenger. Definitely won’t be going back.
