I went to the "uBreakiFix" store due to viruses on my phone. Every person that I had contact with were extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. Originally I had planned to go to Best Buy with a quote of $149.00. I paid $35.00 and left very happy! My phone is fixed!

We went to get my daughters Iphone screen fixed Wednesday evening, the guys were great! A young man was there and he was new, he took care of the phone and he did a great job, the phone was done fast, and great customer service! I would definitely recommend!

Jackson was great! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He saved the day and fixed an issue Verizon could not. Highly recommend.

Had a problem with my mother-in-law's cell phone. She inadvertently locked it and was unable to get it open. Took it to the Verizon store and they were not able to reset it. Went to different Verizon store same thing no help Talk to a Verizon rep who clarified the issue for me saying that it was something that that they were unable to do. He did point me in the right direction to ubreakitifix . Inform me that they are the Samsung warranty team. The phone was under warranty and for a very very nominal fee II was able to get it reset and working again. It was a very quick process that I waited for. In and out highly recommend. Place was pretty busy too.

After leaving my laptop at the store for a week, it was barely examined and I was falsely told to replace the trackpad (which would have been expensive). Upon further examination, the trackpad was not a problem at all and it was actually a software issue. Convinced I spent money on a diagnostic check that was not run thoroughly by any means and was further used as a cash-grab. Go anywhere else.
