I used Bob when my computer suddenly told me that it no longer had a hard drive. I spoke with Bob over email then phone and then finally in person when I dropped off the computer to be fixed. Bob was incredibly diligent in identifying the problem and offering me multiple options on how we can proceed with fixing it. He stayed in constant contact with me until the new part was acquired and the computer back up and running. I would highly recommend him for any computer issues you have.

Although I haven't met Robert in person, he has worked miracles on both my husband's and my computer while working remotely. My computer has several difficult challenges and he was able to fix them all as well as cleaning up unnecessary programs and identifying others that he will address at another date.
