I first want to thank William! I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the differences in MacBook Air and pro, he also mentioned the student discount and the Apple coverage, which both were needed. This was my first time at this store and I was helped right away, and William so kind to make my experience easy. Apple Store please give William a raise. I appreciated your time.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. All the staff is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I was unable to get serviced due to my late appt however they made sure my phone was functional before I left. All of this while my son was having behaviors. Great customer service. Thank you.

My wife ordered our thirteen year old a new Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max for his 14th birthday. It wa suppose to be delivered this morning, but they created two packaging slips for one order and the iPhone never arrived, only the accessories arrived. The last time we ordered an iPhone we paid for delivery, except after sitting at home waiting for the delivery person, who never showed up. Maybe it is better not to order online delivery during the holiday season. But considering this is the second time, I highly doubt it. My wife went shopping last week and tried to walk in and purchase one in the store, which was joke because they no longer have any walk in sales for iPhones, only if you make a reservation and the wait time was so ridiculous she left thinking ordering online from the closest Apple Store to us would be easier. FYI, the $15 you pay for delivery at specific time is only a recommendation, but no guaranteed. At least that was what we were told by the manager we spoke to who threatened to sue us and ban us from shopping at the Apple Store, if we cancelled our order through American Express since they could not even tell us when our order might be delivered since it never showed up at the time it was suppose to based on the time my wife picked for delivery. In my opinion, Apple Stores should retrain all their managers, because threatening to sue someone when the person we were speaking to could not even give us any indication when the order would arrive.

I just got my new Macbook Air. I can describe the great experience that I always had in this store. I got two Ipads years ago, now my laptop. Musé is the person helped me with the process of buying, he listen to my needs and very kind help me always in the best way he can do. Then another person help me to set up my laptop, also great, with a lot of patience to deal with me that I have very little knowledge about computers. I been in Rich Hill store last week and service is horrible. I really recommend the store in White Plains. Thank you so much to the Apple team, to Musé and the other nice gentlemen that helped me. The place is very easy to reach and lots of parking spaces downstairs. The room is very organized and clean. Personnel are very courteous and patient to senior persons, Rachel the lady who assist us is very thorough, patient and took her time to wait for our question. The place is a definite to be seen!
