Brought a gaming PC my son built that wouldn't run. They were able to fix the issue and get us going in same day. They are very knowledgeable, polite, and reasonably priced. I'm glad we found them. They are my go to place from now on. I highly recommend them!

Went in with a laptop issue. Joe checked it out right away, Great customer service. In less than 10 minutes, problem solved and I was on my way - no charge! I truly appreciated the assistance. This is my new computer shop.

After struggling to figure out if the problem with my laptop was a broken charging port or the new charger itself that I purchased from Walmart didn't work, decided to take it to a professional. Jeff was able to quickly take my laptop apart and diagnose that nothing was broken, it just needed a specific type of charger and then ordered one for me online. Phenomenal as well as fast work on top of amazing customer service!

The gentlemen that work here are top notch! After the dell warranty repair man fixed my keyboard but broke my wifi card, I called Jeff's in tears needing my work laptop fixed asap before leaving for a work trip. They dropped everything and helped me fix the other company's issue. They were so kind, quick and knowledgeable! I can't say enough good things about them.

I only called this place so I can really offer a ton of details about my experience but a person that I associate with nearly every day told me I had to call this place and set up a time to get my Samsung Galaxy screen fixed there because the owner is either family or so close they consider each other family. So instead of looking any further, I called the place. The owner answered the phone, I referenced the person that referred me there and his response was just an awkward silence that lasted too long. So then I started to explain why I called, and he asked what I was calling about at the same time so we were both talking at the same time. Had he just responded to the referral, we wouldn't have butted heads. Then he actually lied about the repair options I had. Plus the price he was charging was almost triple everywhere else. No thanks I'm all set. Sorry not sorry
