I went in to do an Amazon return and the older lady that was there wasn’t very nice. I went to the wrong part of the counter because it’s not clearly marked and I’ve never done a return with them before. She started the transaction out with “Just for future reference you need to go to that side of the counter”. Ok. Then she goes “See if you had gone to that side I’d have more room to do your transaction”. I asked her if she wanted me to go to that side of the counter and she said no that she was already done with it. And then she went to the printer and was like here you’re done. So instead of the remarks maybe you should have let me go back to the other side of the counter and not made a big deal. I work at a customer service desk, I know people can be trying but I am always nice and not rude to people unless I match your energy.

Our church school uses and recommends the Watertown, NY Staples store, because the people are always willing to help if we can't find something or don't know how to use one of the printers.

Today I had one of the most pleasant experiences at your store. I believe her name is Christine and may also be a general manager. I was in need of getting some printing done and getting a few supplies and I needed some help. The point of sale system for printing copying didn't seem to work and needed some IT support. Despite a store that is understaffed and under pressure as a result I had the most pleasant experience I didn't want to thank her. Staples management locally and countrywide needs to turn their attention to hiring and retaining the right people.

Wife & I Came in this morning to have stickers printed. Person who had them done earlier & said we could pick them up did them wrong, so Trudi Hardey re did them wrong again with out our approval & DID NOT Offer to fix them again & said we couldn’t get our money back, so we fixed them our selves & emailed them to The desk & asked to have them to be printed & Trudi said “NO, I only have 1 Hour left. I Can’t print them” & pretty much told my wife to keep her mouth shut. When she started crying & walked away from us. It only takes a few clicks to print them… I then asked the cashier at the front for Her name & told him what happen. & he literally told me he was scared of her. I can not believe one would consider her a General Manager
