Kendall is a “One of a Kind” store manager. He Actually cares about his employees and their customer service. When I walked into the store I could feel the staff was kind and friendly and ready to help … this is a learned behavior. I feel this is a tribute to the management . I noticed Kendall always went out of his way to ask his employees how their was going? At the end of their shift he was quick to thank them for their work and to have a good day. These kind words make people want to come back to work and sets a productive working environment. More store managers should be like Kendall.

I currently have a 75” tv that requires a in home service. It has been 3 weeks and still nothing, first appt on Saturday was to figure out what was wrong, second appt on a Saturday was with the part but was the wrong part, then third appt was suppose to be today mar 16 and I cancelled plans for this, now I get a text that it’s been moved to mar 20 on a Wednesday. Which is ridiculous as I can’t be home for 12hrs during the work week hence why my appts were on a sat. So now I have to wait longer… what a joke, just replace the tv and move on. Makes me want to do zero business with Best Buy.

Terrible! Utterly terrible. I went to get an Acer Nitro 5 checked for a Rattling fan, and when I got it back they said “We just had to take it out, clean it and put it back. After doing so it passed all the tests!” I get back home and the fan is STILL rattling away. The back panel doesn’t look touched AT ALL. Not only was I lied to. I was technically drained of $107 that day- what a waste.

Called because I needed a new battery for my SamsungS9+. The young lady on the phone repeatedly told me that they don't service Samsung phones that are not 9s. ...?????... I gave up trying to reason with her, she was clearly not listening. Not sure if they just like deterring people aka work but that explains the terrible reviews and overall customer service 🙄

On the phone with geek squad they said they were able to fix my monitor. But In person they said they do not fix monitors and that I would have too purchase a new one.
