My ipad had a firmware issue from trying to update it, Jeremy helped out (a free fix, though it had to be factory reset, I’m just happy to get my device back in working order) and was very pleasant, not pushy at all or trying to get me to buy or upgrade anything. Very good experience with Jeremy, I’ve had other techs at this store be pushy before. I made an appointment online, showed up at my appointment time, and was seen by the next available tech (within 5-7 minutes).

“ upper management “ needs to take a serious look at this fella yani, his intuition for great customer service is undeniable. Yani swiftly sold myself a m4 Mac mini exactly what I came in for, we discussed options however I felt no pressure. I have been using apple/Mac products for 30 years, I have visited many apple stores around the globe. This was the best experience I have had in store with this brand. Thank you yani!!

I went in for battery repair and had an appointment already set. I arrived and was blatantly ignored but several team members that found it more important to keep their backs to me and fist bump than even acknowledge my presence. I do believe two were managers one by the name of Paul. The guy that helped me was rude and not at all into being remotely cordial. He then said” I’ll be back”. He didn’t return but was off laughing it up with Paul. The guy that eventually helped me was super nice and I’d request him again but I would avoid Paul and the other guy for sure. I personally would probably try having my computer fixed elsewhere and avoid the store.

My husband and I were helped by Tim at the Applestore and we were very much impressed as he was able to multitask easily. He took care of the issue we had in no time and we purchased a new iPad Air and he transferred everything over to it. We were in and out of there within an hour and completely satisfied. He is an excellent employee, and we were very much satisfied with his help.
