I had an amazing experience in returning Amazon items late night yesterday. The lady at checkout was very nice and efficient. The store wasn't busy, but it was good to have great service even after a day's work.

I went here for the first time to take care of some Amazon returns. Nice staff. They seemed to know what they were doing. To be honest, they are not as quick as a UPS store. The cashier is required to do a few more steps than when I return to a UPS store. That said, Staples seems to be free. They are now charging for UPS returns. Also, this Staples is open till 9:00 p.m. so you can come here late. Finally, you can pick up other office items and the like when you're here. Good spot all around!

I had a very good experience there the other day. A worker name kanisha was very helpful. She guided me through documents I needed to send off without making mistakes , I was totally lost. She was very friendly and professional in-spite of that long line. It’s hard finding someone to help you without giving an attitude.

Staples in Valley Stream ~ Each time I've walked into Staples with a need of supplies or computer tech support, the staff member has always resolved the situation. I've always experienced the kind, and patient assistance from the staff (no matter the area of the store). Thank you Staples for your outstanding customer service!

I have mixed feelings about this review on the one hand the store is well-stocked at the Staples office supply should be on the other hand the copy center seems to be rather chaotic I didn't realize I was standing in the wrong section and literally five people walked past me and not one person bothered to say anything this could be poor customer service training where they are so busy that they couldn't bother to focus on the human. On the other hand when I finally made it to the counter and managed to get the attention of an employee, the transaction took 10 seconds I also like being able to turn in my UPS packages there. I'll give them 4 stars For the services I would give them two stars for the majority of the employees
