My screen was shattered before and they replaced it for me with no issues! I am very grateful for the service of this store. I saved a lot of money. They are very honest and serious about doing business! I was worried about the risk of finding a private enterprise to repair the appliance, but they are really very good! Very patient!

I just got a replacement screen for my iPhone 14 Plus. From We Fix in Destiny USA. I think it turned out great! It only took 30 minutes to do. Apple wanted $330 for a screen, but We Fix did it for half the cost. It may not be as water proof as an Apple certified screen, just water resistant. For me that is not a show stopper. The technician who waited on me was professional and very nice. I would go back to We Fix in a heart beat.

Took my iPhone 15 in for crack repair on the back side. Was done within a hour. For a reasonable price. Really happy with the service and experience. Would highly recommend:)

Took my roommates iPhone 11 to the apple store and they couldn't get it to boot. They just wanted us to buy a new phone and hope the iCloud would restore all the pictures and data. Brought it to We Fix it and after they changed a few parts around got it to boot and fully update. Took maybe 35 minutes. Prices were very reasonable. Elnu R was the service tech that took care of us and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Would recommend their store.

Have to go to Syracuse Small Claims Court because my phone's lithium battery could have exploded following a botched battery replacement. I had to buy a new phone. Now they won't return it or replace my phone much less issue a refund. This dude is the worst of the worst. Try their competitors in the mall. Note: He is also dishonest (below) saying I am not a customer.
