Second time back- this for a major repair on a laptop that did not take well to water. Dropped off late in the day, called the next day with diagnosis and cost and time estimate. Communication was excellent as they updated me on the parts order- came in a couple days early, part installed that day, picked up price as estimated and work done early. Another excellent experience. Old review- Excellent experience- broke a connector to a portable hard drive. Took it to Dart, within 5 minutes was given a plan to resolve and an accurate price estimate. Completed when expected, all the data transferred to a new larger drive. Great service.

OMG. These guys are the BEST!!! After spending 2 hours on phone with Geek Squad on remote access and they could not do anything for me. I called Dart, and one hour later Mike had us up and running again, as if nothing had happened. You guys are the best and we will always use your service, if we ever need assistance again. KUDOS TO YOU!!!

Easily 5 stars, i build my own pc's and my power supply died. I ordered a modular 850 watt gold plus psu and tried to hook it up myself, found out the hard way that one of the cables was behind the motherboard requiring a full disassembly and re build. Tried taking it local to a place in auburn but since i swapped my graphics card and cpu(and water cooled it) they refused. This place said no problem! They rebuilt the pc %100 with the new power supply. Even re thermal pasted my components for me. Best part is they got it done in a day so i can spend my birthday gaming with my friends! Thanks Dart!
