Visited the store to see an Apple Watch that I was planning to buy online. I had some questions about the product that couldn't be answered online. The associate who helped me (his name might have been Brandon) did a fantastic job. He showed me the watch I was interested in, let me try it on, explained the differences from other Apple Watches, and even helped me confirm my wristband size. Best of all, he knew that I wasn't planning on buying anything from the store, but still took my visit seriously. Very appreciative.

Yesterday morning, I used the trade-in program, traded in my old IPhone 14 pro max, and received a $500 discount. I was assisted by a very pleasant young Asian guy (sorry, I didn’t catch your name). He was incredibly polite and helpful. Not only did he help restore all my data, but he also set up my mobile service right away, so I didn’t have to go to Verizon. He also helped me pick out a case, a wallet, and installed a screen protector for me. While the data was being restored, I could comfortably work at a free desk. Huge thanks for your help and professionalism! If you visit in the future, I highly recommend requesting him. You won’t be disappointed!

Very knowledgeable salesperson who came to help shortly after we arrived. There is a floor manager of sorts who connects you with a salesperson- he was clueless about the iPad’s and gave a wrong answer rather than admit he didn’t know. Fortunately the salesperson he connected us to knew the correct answer and was very familiar with the products.

I have been having issues with my iPhone. I called Apple support. They told me that my nearest Apple Store was this one (still an hour away) and gave me three separate solutions this location could utilize to resolve my issues. As soon as I walked into the store, it became evident the APPLE EMPLOYEE was immediately annoyed that he had to actually help a customer??? The employee didn’t even let me finish talking, nor take one second to look at my phone, before deciding there was nothing he could do to help. I offered the solutions Apple support told me they could do in store, and he told me there’s nothing he can do, again. By the other comments it’s evident the store does not care about its customers enough for this review to matter. However I hopes it keeps others from wasting their money, time, and effort. Skip the IPhone. As a consumer for over a decade, who let too much slide with Apple already, this was the end for me. Consistently paying thousands of dollars for Apple merchandise that already has so many issues, and not being able to receive help I was willing to pay for, is disappointing to say the least. Skip the trip and maintain your peace.

Worst experience I have ever had at an Apple Store. I was having trouble with my new iPhone 16 Pro and scheduled an appointment with the "genius" bar. They were 20 minutes late to the scheduled appointment. The person we dealt with didn't even say hello. He just took the phone and barely let us speak. When I said that the phone overheats when using it with my drone, he said "well you should get a better drone that has a controller with a built in screen." He basically said that it was all user error and that the phone only overheats because it is powerful. He was not helpful and blamed everything on the consumer. I have loved Apple for many years, but I no longer think the prices are worth it, as the quality, customer service and experience have declined. I would not recommend going to this store. Please avoid.
