i brought my asus laptop in because of issues with the screen and battery, about a day later he said it was ready so i came to the store and it was working great and it was 125 dollars, battery was still bad though, i let it slide though since it was working good. about 3 weeks later i come back in because the battery is acting up and i specifically told him i wanted the battery fixed. he said he fixed it and it was ready about a few hours later. i went to go pick it up and saw that he installed 6 programs on my computer that i never asked for and had moved around some of my stuff. What was weird though was that he charged me the exact same price of 125. I found that to be a little fishy but i took it home and opened it up, it was working good, until a few hours later when my computer started acting up and lagging, i cant even watch youtube while having a game open anymore, and the lag is annoying when im playing games. total scam dont go here, 250 dollars down the drain.

The screen on my MSI laptop was broken, Steve got it fixed it in no more than 5 days! He was a bit hesitant about using a credit card to pay, nonetheless he hooked it up for around $200 in the end & I'd recommend his service for any general computer problems.

I brought in my Toshiba laptop because the touch screen was acting up. He did everything but fix my touch screen. After the laptop was in his possession for 2 weeks, he tells me that it was ready to be picked up. We paid him $157. All he did was wipe it clean and install anti virus software (which was a free trial and which was not what we asked him to do) but he claimed that fixed the issue so we took it home. When I took it home, as soon as I started working on it, the touch screen started to act up again as it did before. I told him right away and we brought it back in. The laptop was in his possession another week and all he did was call Toshiba for them to tell him that the screen needed to be replaced. I can’t imagine that a professional computer “doctor” wouldn’t be able to figure this out in the beginning. He claimed Toshiba charged him $75 to check the laptop. I never approved that. And he was unable to provide me with any proof of payment to them. After complaining he refunded $50. So in the end I paid $100 for work on my laptop that was never resolved. Waste of money and time. I could have done what he did myself for free! Oh and to add insult to injury he lost my charger that I had to pay to replace.

Granted, the work was done well, but while he seemed like he would do what it took to satisfy a customer, he did the opposite by charging more than agreed and especially after delaying service due to a shipping mishap and making me wait (losing time from work) while he had to fetch the charger twice from another office. I would have liked to give him 5 stars but after ripping me off, I would give 0 if I could and certainly no more recommendations or any business.

Had OS errors on boot with my WIn 7 desktop, couldn't figure it out, couldn't get a restore to work either, so brought it in to Steve - he correctly diagnosed the problem, worked late to get the job done. Great customer service at a very fair price - highly recommended.
