The store was pretty busy. Lovely customer service but one or two sales persons not friendly. Large store. Overall good service.

My mom and I spent 6 hours in the store trying to separate apple IDs and create a new one; simply because the process takes awhile. Everyone who helped us was so kind and patient and we cannot thank them enough. So grateful! Definitely recommend. Thank you everyone!!

Typical Apple store experience with useless clowns who hate their job and the company they work for. Good luck with getting any of them to assist or help with questions about products. Most are just standing around doing absolutely nothing.

I’ve been to many Apple stores, and this one is by far the worst! I’ve been to this Staten Island location many times and it’s always way too warm in there. I even overhear employees and costumers complaining about the room temperature. Even with a shirt on. Due to the heat I can’t focus on the products at the store. I end up just leaving. They need to regulate the room temperature otherwise costumers will leave early from this issue. Btw this issue remains even with the doors staying wide open.
