Walked in with a dead monitor. Chris was a blessing. Replaced my 13 year old all in one with a much faster, computer. His patience was so appreciated as I am totally computer illiterate. Explained how to set my new system when I got home and a fairly easy install I called for assistance and again his patience was so appreciated. Great people to work with - highly recommend.

What a GREAT experience! My laptop is roughly 5 years old ~ It was running slowly and overheating every time I turned it on within 5 minutes. I decided to give this local business a try and I absolutely will be a returning customer. As soon as I walked in (sometime in the late morning), I had immediate service and I had my laptop back by the end of the business day, which was the biggest PERK! Reasonably priced. Laptop is working amazing! Overall, 5/5 experience. Thank you!

The (non-Apple) charger broke off in my new iPad. There was no way I was getting it out! I took it to Tech Monkeys, and left it there to be diagnosed. I got a call that afternoon explaining they had to take it apart to remove the charger, and it would cost a bit more ($100 at most), which was fine because in my mind I was already buying a new iPad. They called again the next day to let me know it was done. I picked it up and it is like new. Tech Monkeys did the job quickly and well. I will certainly use them for any computer work I need from now on. Fair prices, nice and professional service - what more could you want?

My experience: fantastic. Immediately took care of a pop up issue with my Surface. Techies who actually know what they are doing. Customer service couldn't be better. Fixed my computer within minutes and then cleaned up any potential problems. During casual conversation I discovered they can help with chromecast problems I am having at house.

I can't say enough good things about Tech Monkeys in Schuylerville. I had a problem with my laptop that they solved right away, fixed some other stuff that had been annoying me, and it was definitely the right price! I'll be back. It's encouraging to know they are there. If I have any problems.
