Genius lived up to their name today. Dec 26 has to be the worst day of the year to break your phone. They had the internal part in stock and had me fixed and on my way in about 40 minutes. Great job!

Recently brought in a Nintendo switch with an unusual issue, that it charged normally but would only output video on some docks but not others. Since the system was out of warranty, I brought it to Genius Repair to assess what was going on. They ran multiple tests for about a week and kept me updated the entire time. While they unfortunately could not diagnose the problem, they went above and beyond with trying everything they could; even testing the switch on additional docks that they had requested from me mid-repair and giving thorough explanation about their process. All of this without any additional charge aside from the diagnostic fee. I would highly recommend Genius Repair for any repair needs because they are a shop that genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond for them. Although I'd never hope for one of my electronics to break, I would happily return to Genius Repair for their honest and transparent service.

Greg, Ty and Jacob were great to work with when I destroyed my iphone recently- responsive, knowledgable, pro-active. By far the best phone repair business I have ever worked with- I highly recommend them, as did the friend who sent me there.

Had an iPhone battery replaced here after a poor Best Buy Henrietta experience. GR provided solid service, a fast repair time, and a fair price. Took only an hour.

iPhone XS back glass replacement did very nice job. Also went in for a battery replacement. Front screen a bit loose/swishy after reassembly unsure if they reused the old adhesive. Minor nicks and scrapes around screen. Phone does not detect battery as “genuine“ apple part you decide if that’s a deal breaker or not. Really it’s Apple’s fault for allowing repair.
