These people are awesome! Our old computer was found to be corrupted. After we purchased a new one, the "geeks" were able to transfer most of the date from the old one, as well as set up everything for us. Thanks so much!

Made an appointment for a iPhone battery replacement, show up early, suggested to come back to the counter closer to appointment time, I get there and both employees ignore me and just keep talking to two other customers. One employee would not break from their excessively long conversation. When I finally interrupted someone helped then I was told they couldn't replace the battery because there was no service message indicating it needed to be replaced. Battery capacity was less than 80%. Went to Genius Repair on Jefferson Road, they were great!

I had purchased a small laptop earlier that day that only had 500mb of useable memory left and no matter what I did I couldn't delete enough to make it functional. I called geek squad and they were able to get me in the next day. I waited, maybe 40 seconds, before someone started working on the laptop. He, being the magician he was, freed up 13gb of data and made it more user friendly, and deleted everything on there that I didn't want, AND set it up so it ran perfectly for exactly what I wanted it to do. I couldn't be more satisfied! Thank you so much. I've been bragging about your services to everyone!!! And the laptop still hasn't been stolen yet!!

Horribly understaffed. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if no one will be available to help me until half an hour after my appointment time? Worst customer service I have received from any business in my entire life.

Bought a big and expensive TV and was lied to about how important a geek squad protection plan was for it at Best Buy. TV had issues and after weeks and months of scheduling diagnostic appointments, then service appointments, then rescheduling because technician never came I was refused any service. Technician was rude about it, called customer support and they were rude and used some sketchy technicalities so they didn't have to stand behind their service and even someone from leadership reached out and condescendingly refused service. Alot of time and money wasted and have nothing but a broken TV to show for it...NEVER waste money with geek squad, reach out to an independent repair company since you'll have to pay anyways.
