Had a good experience working with Ryan, I was having some issues with my PC for a few months and tried everything and couldn’t figure it out. Ryan had a few ideas on what it could be and we soon figured out it was an issue with my CPU. He had the new CPU installed within a day of me receiving it and got my PC back the next day, super smooth process. Super easy to work with and will definitely come back if I have other issues with my PC.

Had a great experience with Ryan! Games were constantly crashing on my laptop so I went to Ryan, he ran a diagnosis, determined the issue was most likely caused by overheating, cleaned my laptop fans, vents, keyboard and everything, applied new thermal paste, gave me an adapter, and recommended me to get a cooling pad. And after all this, he did not charge me a single cent because he felt like there weren’t enough he could do to resolve the problem completely. Very friendly, professional, and puts customers first. Highly recommended!

Bought a new graphics card and needed another power cable for it and they had the exact one I needed and was able to come get it the same day. Saved me from waiting 5-9 days for one to ship!

Unfortunately a terrible experience, needed a new laptop screen installed and the first time he installed it the keyboard didn't work, it didn't go into tablet mode, and there was glitching on the touch screen, clearly didn't double-check any of his work. Second time the camera was installed upside down, again clearly didn't check his work, then told me that the camera and screen are independent and was confident he installed it correctly, that I was wrong, and that it's a settings issue. "There isn't much of an option to install it wrong :)" was his response after I told him clearly something went wrong with his installation. Finally when I took it in again, he realized he installed the camera upside down (duh) and apologized. Still having some minor display issues but truly can't be bothered to go back. Absolutely no partial refund offered for the poor, amateur job that put me out of work due to a broken laptop for multiple weeks, as he threw away my old, cracked, duck taped screen that somehow functioned better than his work. Other people seem to have had better experiences, but I thought it would be helpful to know my experience with the simple job of a screen replacement (couldn't imagine going here for anything you couldn't figure out by watching a quick YouTube video!)

I called Ryan in the morning expressing problems with my PC crashing/failing to boot. I brought it into his shop, and left expecting to hear back in a couple days. Ryan diagnosed faulty RAM as the problem, installed an equivalent replacement, and invited me to come pick up my repaired PC, all in under four hours of me dropping it off. It is hard for me to believe you can get better service than that.
