Service slow, manager has no idea what she doing, really bad Service Always big line, workers are teenagers, and manager is so young that not qualified to be a manager. She only works for 5 years, plus she refused to give out her name as she was afraid that I will report her to higher authorities. I will go to higher management to report her so she be removed to be a manager. No class and people are not familiar with there own product. Manager with no name at 9030 Metropolitan avenue cannot process payment at all. It was second transaction and she failed to do it again. She cancel transaction first one and when she did second time money on the card was not there. She told me that I need to wait in order for my bank to accept money. Horrible Service, no wonder staples closing all there branches. They be gone soon and target will step in as they much cheaper than Staples. I wish them big luck to survive it but they won't.

Whoever the manager is on duty at 1:00 in the afternoon is absolutely useless. She has a line of 20 people with only two cashiers saying they're doing their best. Meanwhile they're working at snail pace. It's not a first time occurrence either. No one has a sense of urgency here and staff needs to be reevaluated

Walked in with an Amazon Return (shipping label affixed) and stood on the long "Amazon Returns" line. Got to the front of the line and an employee told me I needed to be on the UPS Shipping line because my return already had a label. I recommended to the Shipping employee that they modify the Amazon Returns sign to say "Amazon Returns w/No Label". Her reply: "we can't modify Staples signs; we're not allowed to". So I ask, "your Managers are ok with Customers waiting on long lines unnecessarily?" Her response was effectively, yes. Staples: show some darned inspiration and solve a simple problem. If you don't care about people's experience in your store, it will affect your business.

Very satisfied with the service. The rep helped me with carrying the file cabinet I purchased and brought it to my car. As a senior citizen it was very helpful.

I came to Staples at 10:30 in the morning on March 24, 2024 was having a problem in the print section when I asked for help the store manager at that time came to help me and when I told him I’ve been asking his workers for help. He then turned around and told me that he doesn’t have to help me, he was very rude and disrespectful and really didn’t help me. Fortunately, I was able to use the equipment that was faulty and somehow got it to print on my own without the help of any of staples employees and the manager who said he doesn’t have to help me at all
