They were amazing. I brought my son's tablet there to be fixed and they were honest and nice. I ended up leaving with a Chromebook instead which was same price to fix the tablet. Instead of overcharging me even though I was willing to pay they didn't see it to be fair. So they gave me what was worth the cost of repair and it helped my son out more. Super kind patient, they listen and they care. I recommend going here. My 7 year old son adore the store and the employees/owner. Thank you so much. This is now where we will go forever.

First time at the shop, had an issue with my PC. Brought it in, had it fixed in less than 15 minutes, all with visibility on what was going on. Diagnosed the issue and gave me a great rate on an older part that was an improvement on my prior one. The store owner was kind, helpful, and genuinely fun to talk to. If I could give this store 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend.

I brought three games in February to be repaired, 2 switches and one DS. I paid the deposit fee. I received a call that one of the switches wasn’t worth repairing and that other one was ready for pick up. I thought it was very nice that they let me know that the cost to repair one wasn’t worth it. I was told that they were waiting on part for the DS. This was in March. We would call to check on the DS and was told someone would call us back. However this never happened. In July we were given the owners contact information. He apologized for us not being contacted. He explained that when he was fixing the DS he noticed another part Was needed. That he had ordered it but due to it coming from China could take a month. I said I understand. I called back late August and the part hadn’t come in. I called the beginning of September and was told the part was in and that it should be fixed in a week. That he would call me. He verified my number but I received no call. I called in October he told me he would check on it and call me the next morning. Again no call so I called him, no answer. He refused to answer my calls. As I started calling once a week. I decided to call the store and leave a message. Still no one called me about this game. At my wits in I called and said I would be picking up the game on this day. I went on that day and the game was not in the store. The employee called the owner and he said that he promised it would fixed by the end of the day and if not it would be hand delivered to me by the next day. Didn’t happen. I was finally able to be the game a week later in November. No apology no explanation nothing. I’m not even sure it’s repaired. I wanted to give my business to someone local but this is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I will not be going to them again nor would I recommend them. I understand it takes time to get parts but communication is key in situations like this. Not one time did the owner initiate any communication. Nor was they anything offer to make it right. He had the part since September and who knows if it works. 9months wasted.

Brought my pc in and they fixed it to my satisfaction and request. Owner is super nice and knowledgeable 5 stars!! Will bring back in future if I ever have to again. I asked to make my pc like it was when I got it and in my opinion they made it even better i9 rtx 2060 super intel optane acceleration and Samsung ssd . When I got it from hp they would only add hdd to intel optane so I thought it had to be replaced with hdd. Owner of shop said you can use ssd so am glad cause I probably would have never known. Thanks again!!! Fair prices too!! If you have specific request make sure you write them down. Also they have good deals on stuff in there store. Ended up also bringing home powered sub woofer retail $350 at Sweetwater, got it for $40! Can’t beat that!
