My laptop been having issues for months . It broke down on me out of nowhere due to corrupted windows files . I couldnt even start my laptop or anything so i took it to geek squad at best buy . They told me $180 to get it fixed and it would take 3 days minimum . I decided to try something more local so i called him and he was very freindly on the phone and kind and told me that it would only cost me $65 and he can fix it within 30 minutes . I came to get my laptop fixed that same day and it did take 30 minutes he was very nice to talk to and seemed to know a lot about computers i am so thankful for his services

My computer was freezing up, Joe checked out and did sell me anything I did not need, he cleaned up files, vacumed out all the dust, works like a champ, he is very honest and reasonable, great to do business with, highly recommened.

He informed me of my options in regards to the repair and possible next steps which helped me feel a lot more comfortable.
