Excellent customer and product service. Repair time was a little long but it had to be sent to a service repair center in Florida and given the Christmas Holidays, it was still pretty expeditious. In-store staff in Niagara Falls is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Special callout to Alex; he is quite an asset to your organization. Device was repaired to my satisfaction EXCEPT for the stickers they put on the back which covered the Apple logo - the adhesive was very difficult to remove. Overall, great experience.

this place was a joke. i dropped my macbook off, i thought the battery needed to be replaced. they said “we will call you by friday (i dropped it off on a tuesday or Wednesday i believe) and let you know what is wrong with it. then at most we will have in for 2 weeks” more than two weeks go by, i never received a phone call so i went to the store since they did not answer the phone. he told me he was just about to start working on my laptop. about a week and a half later, i still have not heard anything so i go back to the store. i get told “the guy who is working on your laptop is on lunch but will be back in 20 minutes, i will call you and give you an update within 30 minutes” never hear anything from them. i have to go back the next day, the guy tells me he has been meaning to call me for days and that nothing is wrong with my laptop.

I dropped my phone off this morning because either the charging port or battery needed to be replaced. This afternoon, I checked the status of my phone on their website and it was listed as "unfixable." When I got to the store, the employee I talked to said that either I needed a new charging port or my phone was unfixable but they didnt know since the only replacement charging port they had for my phone was broken. The employee told me that I should check with other locations to see if they could help. This is so frustrating because they should've contacted the alternate number as soon as they found out they couldn't fix it so that I had time to explore other options. By the time I checked the status online and picked up my phone there was nothing other locations could do to help me today.

First visit - sent over by verizon - was told by asurion that repair was covered by insurance and that it could be repaired before closing. 2nd visit next morning - repair tech had just come in and phone was not ready. 3rd visit - phone not ready - told to come back in 1 hour. 4th visit - told repair would cost $215.19 - This is the second time I felt like asurion over charged me. I am looking to cancel my policy as soon as possible.

Amazing service and very reasonable pricing. Dropped my laptop on concrete. Jammed the power button. They fixed it in a couple hours for only $40. I thought I was going to have to buy a new computer.
