Probably the worse Apple Store in NYC. Well first I had came to the store with my scooter. Never had a problem bringing my small scooter to any Apple Store as along as it was in the corner. However, One of the lady comes and tells me that it’s not allowed in the store. Mind you another guy had his electric bike which is far larger than my scooter inside. Also someone else who happened to be a white person had his scooter inside. I took a photo so people won’t think this is bullshit.….. But anyways, I had an Apple Care Warranty on my Apple Watch Series 9. The screen had a very large scratch. I go inside and they had me wait for about 10 minutes. Mind you .. there wasn’t many people in the store. When they get to see me they proceed to tell me that my scratch screen doesn’t qualify for a repair since it wasn’t breaking the functionality of the watch. I honestly couldn’t believe what I heard. I’m pretty sure that the Apple Care warranty was for broken screen. I decided to go to the Apple Store on the other side of town where to my surprise…. They took in the watch and repaired it no questions asked. Avoid this place…. I hate to bring up the race card since they had Latinos and black Apple workers but it wouldn’t surprise me if they have some bias against certain people at this Apple store.

Abbey and her team were amazingly patient and helpful. My appointment started on time and I was out in under an hour (I am older and slower on the uptake with electronics). It was so refreshing to be welcomed and served by such kind professionals. They answered every question and made sure I was comfortable before I left the store. They are a credit to retail and customer service everywhere!

Unfortunately, I had to talk with three different people at the store in order to get one question answered. I waited a long time in between consults from the staff. Would definitely not return to talk with those consultants. I’m sure other workers at the Apple Store could’ve been more helpful initially.

Good afternoon!! I am addressing you…. A deaf person both works in the company and want to say that there were rules and that wrote the information correctly. It's not my fault that the seller did not follow I ordered the watch, and then the message, mistake they sent the phone and watch, and there was no topic about customs…. This is just bullying… need to correctly indicate the exact amount, and now writes I apologize and need to send money, and I consider this a scam… We Are that rich??? I took debts and big money went to you… And now he's writing again,, did not receive money nothing and asks for more…We should not , does not belong repetition, this is a large sum, They are guilty, where did the money go? following We do not receive large salaries , we 5 times debts were taken and no one will give another one… Foreigners have already called scammers, what for a deaf person takes so much money… I don’t care if she stole money or not… But a big amount went 11,000 dollars (10,500 euros) We do not need the goods, refused since the beginning of December and let her return the money back… And don’t try to come up with anything, I don’t want to listen to anything… Let the deaf person return the money back… Even more impudent and for a mistake 15 about pro max was, and in 2025 she replaced it with 16 about pro max, did I ask to replace the phone, Who gave the right to decide for herself and violated it, so they still opened the box.. Shame.. Since I refused the goods a long time ago and could to return the money… Your deaf makes a mistake... I was not expecting it... I want the deaf person to return the money and I don't need any goods... I won't order online anymore, I don't know a deaf person

I just had a great experience at this location while returning a few items. Jeannie helped me out and was incredibly helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to assist with returns and even helped my husband and I pack up a monitor that wasn’t eligible for returns. We really appreciated her positivity and kindness!
