This is my second attempt on trying to support this small business. The first time I came the lady in the front basically said she was just a face in the store and couldn’t really help me I would have to come back and speak with someone else. When I asked when she said I’m not sure 30 min maybe a hour. So I left. This is next week now and I looked up their business hours which they should be open by 9 am. So I came early In hopes to run into the owner or someone who would be able to assist. Just to get to the front door @9:15 am and the doors are locked and no one inside. Im really disappointed because we already have this issue with staples! I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Absolutely horrible experience. Would not recommend anyone to go here. Brought my laptop in for repair. Lady that was working there told me that they'll have someone take a look at it and charge a service fee. If it could be fixed they'd keep the fee, if not they'd refund me the service fee. For the next 2 weeks, it was literally impossible to contact this place. Their calls went straight to voicemail and whenever I tried to go there during business hours that were listed online, they were closed! I went by the place maybe 5 times during business hours and each time they were closed. Finally, I luckily caught the place open one day after 2 weeks. The lady working there looked half awake and looked like she didn't want to talk to anyone. My laptop was on the desk for who knows how long and she told me it can't be fixed AND they'll keep the service fee. When I asked how this was contradictory to what she said initially, she didn't answer and brushed me off by being rude. She was even being reluctant giving me the number of the owner. After many calls to their other store to try to get a refund like I had been told, I never got an update and lost around 70 dollars and wasted time. Horrible customer service and disturbing way to run a business.

Mat did an amazing and wonderful job! I am a student and I brought my laptop on Thursday evening and it was all done by Monday evening--literally only had to wait for a weekend! Additionally, the prices are way better than what actual apple would offer. Affordable, fair, fast, and amazing customer service. What else can you ask for??

I had my iPhone screen replaced here, and I can't recommend it enough! The service was very fast and the employees were upfront with cost and turnaround time. I did my research with a few other vendors before bringing my phone here and this was the best option by far. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgable as well. They were not pushy at all and seemed to genuinely care about my phone being fixed as quickly and efficiently as possible. I will definitely be doing business with Laptop Shack in the future.

My Beats Solo headphones would no longer recharge due to a loose charging port. Apple/Best Buy wanted $150 to fix them, with a brand new pair costing $200. I went to several other places and they all told me they don’t fix headphones. Laptop Shack was the only place that does, as he is the only one who sauters. Price was around $75 and the headphones are working like new. Highly recommend.
