iFixScreens in Medford are the best in what they do. I had an emergency with my work phone, it got smashed while I was in the hospital. They have done an Incredible job. They made all the arrangements for pick-up and delivery. I can say they are 100% Top Notch. I highly recommend any iFixScreens locations for your all your repairs.

The fixed screen was low quality so it cracked within 3 days of me getting my phone back without me even dropping it. No screen protector was put on my phone and they didn’t offer to sell me a case… but that’s because my phone is 5 years old so they most likely didn’t have any in stock. I’m just kinda disappointed that the new screen was so low-grade… But at least the people who work there were nice, they’re very smart and experienced. Thank you for restoring my phone after 6 months of it being totally unusable.

Buyers beware: I took my brand new iPhone here at the Medford store to have the back glass replaced and they punctured my battery, lit my phone on fire, and now it has error messages. The back they replaced it with was blue, not purple. They held my phone hostage for an entire week after they promised me it would be done within the day. I was left without a phone, lies and broken promises. I have never done business with such horrible people in my entire life. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Won the case in court, went to collect and they of course don’t have to pay. Don’t waste your money on this crooked store or our crooked system to help out.

VERY BAD SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION...My ipad was supposed to take 2 hrs to repair. I received no call to say that something that I paid for was not in the store so therefore I would not be receiving my ipad back the same day. I found this out when I went back to the store the next day. The store was supposed to open at 10am. I got there at 10:10am and the doors were locked with no one in sight. I went back at 1pm to find that the part that I ordered still wasn't in the store. I was told that it would be another hour or two so I opted to return later. At 6:20 pm, I decided to call the store, since they hadn't updated me, only to find out that the part still hadn't been received. I informed the clerk that I would be arriving shortly to pick up my ipad and I requested a refund for the screen protector that I had ordered but was not received yet. He said okay. I arrived at the store and was given my ipad and of course an attempt to get me to accept the screen protector, once it arrived, was made BUT I declined. The clerk informed me that I would receive a credit to my account for the refund But I had no account to credit. I asked for my cash back, since I paid cash, and was told that he had no access to the cash and that the manager had access but that I would have to wait three days to pick it up as that was when she was due in. That was when I lost my cool! (internally of course!) I let the clerk know that this whole ordeal was an ABSOLUTE MESS AND UNNECESSARY as what should have taken two hours has now turned into 5 days with me not receiving my product nor refund in a timely manner, as well as 5 trips to and from the store wasting my gas and time! Needless to say, I will never return to that store and more than likely, I will have my products serviced at a more reputable company! I gave one star only because I could not post this review without putting at least one star but my actual rating is ZERO stars!!! Hopefully, I won't have to update this with more negative comments as I wil be returning to the store today to get my refund. >:( Update: Upon retrieving my refund, the manager apologized for my experience. Not only did I receive my money back but I was given the screen protector for my ipad FREE of charge. I was appreciative of the gesture and felt as if my complaints were heard and validated. Maybe I'll give them another chance and chalk this experience up bad timing and nothing is perfect! ;)

I dropped of my sons PS5 last Tuesday, the 29th. The HDMI port was damaged and I was told by the gentleman I spoke with, I believe his name was Sheik, that it was a simple fix and should be complete by Thursday. My son was upset, as gaming is life lol, but we took it on the chin. I called on Halloween to see what time the PS5 could be picked up and she said oh no it won’t be ready till Monday. Monday? She said that repair had to be done in their “lab”, and they were a bit behind with other repairs. I asked why this hadn’t been expressed to me when I dropped it off and she really didn’t have an answer. I called again on Friday just to see if we may be lucky and Monday was again confirmed. One weekend with an unhappy 11 year old later and we get to Monday. I call these people. I was told the repair was complete but it had to be dropped off back at the store and the store employees couldn’t reach the driver of the lab truck. I called 2 hours apart until 5:30. I started at 11:30 and they couldn’t track this driver down. Today, 11/5 I call the store. I ask the guy what the update was and he was quite nasty. He kept interrupting me and saying “why are you pushing?” I explained that I had been waiting for a week for a repair that was only estimated to take two days! The attitude I received was disgusting. Finally an hour later I got a call that it was ready. It took everything in me to not curse the guy out but I had my son with me and he was just happy to have his PS5 back. I’ve taken many tablets to this place over the years and never had an issue but never again. I will find another company for my electronic repair needs. And I know they don’t care about one less. They have locations all over the island but I wanted to get my review out and warn people about the crap I dealt with
