Second time going to this location, making an appointment to get my child’s iPad setup and walking out hours later with nothing done. What’s the point of talking with a “genius” if they don’t know how to problem solve their devices? iPad is getting stuck on a “create child account” screen, and I was basically told that maybe it needs a software update. Almost 2 hours to be told “maybe” instead of let me fix this for you. Very frustrating, nice people, but seemingly not capable of following through on customer support.

This is a terrible store, and don't waste your time going there. I came to buy a new phone. I picked the color and memory capacity, and during that time, no one approached me to help. Most of the staff were just chatting with each other. I asked a girl at the entrance to bring me the selected model and waited a long time for someone to do it. In the end, I opened the phone in my car and realized that I was sold a different model. I asked for the iPhone 16 Pro, but I was given the iPhone 16 Pro Max. When I went back to exchange the phone, I was told that my color was not available, so they brought out the Pro Max. Seriously? That’s not quite the answer I was expecting. Ultimately, I was just ignored while they switched their attention to other customers around me. I asked for a refund and said I was very upset. They asked me, 'So you want your money back, right?' There were no apologies; it was quite rude. Guys, I thought it was very simple to come in, order a phone, pay you the money, and leave. That’s it. But in the end, I wasted 40 minutes of my time, was very angry and upset, and I didn’t change the phone. This is terrible.

Brought my phone in for a battery swap. Received new battery but I left needing to return to fix a cable because my phone would no longer vibrate. When I went back for the cable that needed fixing they broke my screen protector. This time it wouldn’t be covered because it’s not original equipment or whatever bs excuse. I tried previously to get my battery done at bestbuy but contract says apple won’t allow battery fixes 80% capacity or better. Thanks apple for wasting my time and effort. Now I need a screen protector.

This location is busy but not overcrowded. Better than any location attached to a mall. Staff are friendly and it’s easy to set up an appointment if you make one in person. One of the tech guys walked through every possible scenario of the issue I was having with my AirPods. Tip: Request a note to be left on file in case you need to revisit for the same issues.
