After not receiving a call back for a week, I called & found out my item could not be fixed. That was fine, but when I paid them & picked up item they lost my power supply. Was told it was past closing and needed to come back another day. They would not even look for it. Was treated like it was my fault. Behavior was completely unprofessional. They were angry at me. When I came back to pick up power supply, there was a sign they closed early. had to make a 3rd trip. Avoid this business, horrible attitude & lack of responsibility. Look at your last review, even this week. If the fault lies within your business, you blame others.

I needed some old VHS and Beta tapes converted to a USB for a family project and had a strict deadline for a wedding anniversary. Thankfully Mike and his staff were so accommodating and were able to get it done leaving me enough time to finish my project. I’m so grateful for their friendly and prompt service!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

I am truly afraid of the employees here. They were unable to fix my computer, or they had solved one problem but then accidentally undid it and gave it to me with no fix at all, nothing, the same things not working and charged me $160+. I paid the bill. Instead of continuing to work on fixing it they yelled at me, hung up on me, and blamed me. I had returned the laptop to them. I was trying to get an idea of whether they would get back to working on the problem. Because I need it for work and was considering having to get something else, a replacement, quickly. All their screaming really upset me and I wound up canceling an evening plan that I had looked forward to. A celebration and food with a bunch of friends. I also would not go upstairs into their office. This is the worst technology experience. And if you see that they’ve criticized me as their response, you’ll have an inkling of what I went through. They cannot handle failure and they traumatized me with their anger and screaming.

Place is really fantastic-- they are enthusiasts and I love that, have given me more free advice than repairs I've paid for (or at least a good balance of each.) I can tell then -really- try to help folks that are really in over their head's, tech-wise, and that's very nice too

My PC suddenly died and while I attempted to repair it myself, it failed to start up. I had been recommended Inspecturgadgets via another computer company and wow, I wasn't dissapointed in the slightest! Great service, a team quite capable and a very resonable price. Even when my PC didn't work again, they were quick to rectify the issue and even provide tips/help. Can't recommend this place anymore and will no doubt be using them for future projects and work!
