I dealt with the owner years ago and finally getting around to giving them 1 more star than they deserve. Just talk with him for 2 minutes and you’ll cringe. I can’t believe he’s still open in a small town like Lockport. Save yourself and go to Best Buy to avoid being taken advantage of.

Not only did they replace my screen, but they made sure that my computer was updated and running smoothly! Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to answer my questions in depth!
