I needed my laptop charging port fixed and these guys were incredibly helpful. They were able to fix the problem entirely. Despite there being a delay with the shipping company for the part, once it made in, they were able to fix it right away and did not charge extra for any of it. I want to give a particular shoutout to Akram and Chai who were especially helpful with communicating about the repair
