Needed to have my Mac Book screen fixed as it went black. The gentleman who helped me was absolutely great. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. How much it would cost how long it would take etc. If I ever need to have my screens replaced or fixed i would go back in a heart beat. I highly recommend them!!!!!!!

Arrived at store today (8/14/24) to pick up my apple watch at 5:40 PM. I was told to pick up my watch before 7PM today. When I arrived at 5:40 PM, store was locked up, lights off and there was a little girl sitting on the coach ( approximately 8-10 years old). I knocked on the window and she went to the back of the store. I called corporate office and they said they would call the person. I then seen a man and woman come from the back of the store with 2 other children and the same girl that was in the store. He approached me and he gave me his phone. The person got on the phone and said he had to close early. I told him that is no way to run a business, no sign that the store was closed early. I went out of my way to pick up my watch and didn't even receive a phone call. Nevertheless, having a child by the front window in the store with the lights off and door locked. Now that's pretty upsetting and sad to see.

I showed up during business hours and there was nobody there. After calling and knocking for 30 mins no one ever answered. After trying a few more times I finally got in. Customer service is good—HOWEVER—> They fixed one issue but caused another. My charger stopped working and they replaced in however my iPad screen is spotty with the pencil and has gotten worse over time.
