Very hostile experience with services. My phone is cracked on the back and front as ell the camera and the gentleman with red hair and a red beard who never introduced himself was extremely rude and aggressively stated that I cannot get the replacement that I’m entitled to with my Apple care. He told me that I’d have to leave my phone overnight with no replacement to get it repaired. Absolutely despicable customer service from this man and the team at Apple in smith haven! My phone screen has a mind of its own. Opening apps by itself and not letting me use the screen. He barely even asked question or was there to help. Apple needs to be better because that was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Very hostile and aggressive. The only reason I didn’t make an issue is because I work in the mall and I was on my break. Please do better with your Managment team and associates, this was a disgusting experience. At Queen center Mall or Roosevelt field this wouldn’t have happened.

Similar to other outlets, this facility features the same design. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. During my recent visit to the USA, I visited this store a couple of times to purchase Apple products, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the service. The store is easily accessible from Smith Haven Mall.

Horrible experience. Had us waiting there for 6 hours. One of the girls signed my boyfriend up for the apple credit card to a dead email. They didn’t know what to do so had us call support. Support told us that the apple retail employee should have had us add an Apple ID. The staff was so unknowledgeable. Each person told something different. They wasted so much of our time. We ended up leaving with nothing just frustration. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Awesome service as usual and I was in and out for my appointment in a relatively short time of time. Store capacity as well handled and at no point did I feel like it was too full and I was too close to anyone else. Will definitely visit this Apple store again even though I’m not local to the area.

I’d gotten an Apple Watch from a co worker and was having activation problems even when me and my co worker tried to get it to work so he suggested going here. Came here yesterday and was told to get proof of purchase. I wouldn’t mind doing that but the fact that the guy standing at the door not only spoke to me condescending l, but over me when i told him what me and my co worker did to try to fox it ourselves before making a trip out here. I wouldn’t mind being told specific instructions, but not in a condescending tone and having to speak over me like i was nothing when i was trying to go for them for help.
