Staples

I recently bought then returned a laptop for a different one. The Associate I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I left Staples feeling very good about the way they run their business and how they treat their workers. I'd like to continue to support them.

My husband's taking an exam on his laptop next week, and the exam software gave him a list of system requirements a mile long that both of us had a hard time making sense of -- though it was clear that neither of our laptops fit the bill. So we decided to get a new one at Staples after work and we both went into this a bit fried and intimidated. Kalina came right over and was super friendly and clearly really knowledgeable right off the bat about computer stuff and the products in store -- even took the time to go through the requirement list and explain what each item meant (and assured us that most laptops in store would be totally fine, which lowered my blood pressure considerably!) Overall excellent experience, prices were way lower than what we were expecting to pay and Kalina was an absolute lifesaver :) will definitely be back for other office needs!

I needed to buy a new laptop and I found what I wanted online. I took it to Staples in Kingston, NY and was helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable associate, Parker. I purchased the laptop I had found online and paid for it within 1/2 hour. The laptop was not in stock but was delivered to my home within 24 hours. Can't get better than that. I am extremely pleased with Staples service.

I always find what I need at Staples. I went in for a shredder yesterday, and they had a really good one for $100 off! The store in Kingston is always well stocked and the associates there are friendly.
