Jacob and Bucci (sp?) Were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They explained the process of fixing my screen through the insurance claim and were very speedy in doing the fix itself. Asked me at multiple points if i had any questions or if i needed anything else. Thank you!

The technician Jacob, if memory serves, was outstanding in repairing my mobile device, he was very kind, professional, prompt in that he informed me every step of the way during the repair of my device. Even though it was a bit of a drive from my home locale, it was worth the scenic drive. This was a warranty repair courtesy of Samsung, their warranty repairs are "flaky," and could be handled better, but I am very pleased with this shoppe. I highly recommend UBreakiFix.
