The people who work here are very pleasant--no complaints there. However, we received moderately subpar passport photo service. The pictures were not sharp and the staff member didn't seem trained on how to take or edit them. They kept asking us if they looked okay, seeming to be uninformed on requirements--as were we. We hope that our photos will not be rejected, given that it was expensive to buy them at Staples. Please also note that it is not complementary to receive printed copies or a digital copy--there is a separate charge for each product, which was not clear to us, leading to us paying far more than expected. I have had better experiences at CVS and Walgreens in the past (and they print you more than one copy!). We expected trained personnel given that we were paying for a service.

JR was an excellent salesman who helped me with a print order. He was knowledgeable, professional, and really took his time to explain the process to me. The final product looked amazing and was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely go back to Staples for my future printing needs.

Love being able to drop off UPS here. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about shipping. I had an issue and they were able to solve it.

Nice and modern store with decent selection. Back to school savings not as robust as other stores however.

Recently picked up a poster order. Uploading the image was quick and easy, and the resulting poster came out exactly as shown in the preview. The store employee was very cordial, and made sure to point out a store-provided paper trimmer we could use when my son mentioned trimming the poster a bit.
