All staff at TotalTech Repair are very pleasant and helpful. They have just fixed my computer from a tricky problem. They kept me updated all the time and Ali tried everything before he finally had to wipe it. I now have a computer that runs as new. The WiFi coverage in our home was horrendous. Ali, our technician came out and did an assessment of our property. We decided to move forward with his recommendations and couldn't be happier. The entire house and more has coverage and everything works FAST! After such a good experience we decided to visit the store and bought a desktop and a laptop. Both came fully loaded and have super fast Solid state hard drives. Overall, we are very impressed with TotalTech Repair and the services they provide. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Use them for all your computer needs!!

I have had the pleasure of using Total Tech (Ali) for several small repairs on three different laptops. No matter what the issue was, he always gave me a price up front and a delivery date. If he thought the repairs would be more extensive or delayed he always set the proper expectations. Even as I write this review, Ali went out of his way to my house to install a program (AT NO COST)!! Folks, don't be stupid and go to Best Buy and get ripped off. Use the local resource that is dependable, reliable and provides the best price around. I highly, highly endorse Total Tech Repair....
