After dealing with Apple for hours with no solution I was lucky to work with Maria. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and able to get my phone fixed in less than 2 hours. I will be recommending this place to friends/family thank you for all your help. First time needing a phone repaired and I am very happy with the outcome. Repairs were done within established time expectations and my Pixel 9 Pro works the way it should have. Terrible experience. Do not get laptop repairs here. Took months to get my laptop. Needed it shipped because of delay. Though the techs said it worked, it did not once it got to me. Brought it back to see issue, wrongly claimed it was the battery, but that was taken care of elsewhere and it still didn’t work. Wasted hundreds of dollars. The staff that I spoke to were kind and as helpful as they could be. Seems to be understaffed, poorly managed.
