Shir was amazing!! I cannot believe how it was possible to bring this phone back to life. She was so kind and worked so hard to make it happen. My phone wasn’t perfectly restored to its original form but she got as close as humanly possible to it. Some parts were permanently damaged and were out of her control, like my Face ID. Only other thing I noticed was that my screen had a slightly pink tint to it, I'm not sure if this was in or out of her control. Either way, I was super impressed by her work and she was such a sweetheart. Definitely made me feel properly taken care of. Would definitely recommend!! : )

Antonio was a great help in finding my phone case. He was patient with me as I went through bunch of different cases. He also applies my screen protector on perfectly making sure the screen was very clean before application. If you guys need anything for your phone please come see him at Roosevelt field mall!!!

Emanuel And the other worker were phenomenal. They fixed my phone in less than 15 minutes and they cleaned and charged it as well. The best service you could ever think to receive in Roosevelt Field mall. I’ve been coming here since I graduated high school back in 2013.
