I visited the Apple Store at Roosevelt Field Mall and found it conveniently located on the first floor. Parking was plentiful in front of the mall, and the store was easy to locate using the map at every entrance. I would recommend calling in advance to schedule an appointment with the technical support team. During my visit, I had to wait about 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment, but it was well worth it. I was assisted by a representative named Moe, who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He spent almost two hours helping me resolve my hacked phone issue, going above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved. Moe was patient and answered all of my questions, making sure I understood everything before I left. The store offers a wide range of products for sale, including phones, gadgets, earphones, and chargers. I also appreciated the option to charge my phone while waiting at a table inside the store. If you prefer to step out, there are coffee shops and cafeterias nearby within the mall. Additionally, there is a playground within the mall where kids can play, making it convenient if you have children with you. The hallway between the stores also has comfortable seats where you can relax. Inside the store, there are wooden chairs and desks for one-on-one work or group discussions with other customers and agents. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at the Apple Store in Roosevelt Field Mall. I even mentioned to the floor manager Nicole on my way out how helpful Moe was. If you have any iPhone problems, I highly recommend visiting this store.

Jon at the genius bar on Tuesday February 4th, 2025 was extremely helpful, articulate and kind. I told him I went to geek squad at Best Buy and they were telling me my motherboard was fried and that it was going to be a 2 week, 800$ fix so I thought I’d try to go to Apple to figure something out in the store that might be a little faster since I use my computer for work. Once we started talking he plugged my computer into a 60 watt charger and my computer instantly started to boot up. If you still deciding to either go to Apple or Best Buy geek squad go see my guy Jon at Apple he will be able to figure something out for you much faster than they can. If anyone at Apple sees this make sure you don’t lose Jon!

Typical Apple location. Beautifully designed, packed with customers and dozens of employees from opening to closing. But everything from expensive phones and computers to small accessories. Need a charging cord? Just take one off the hook and walk over to any employee. No cash registers here. They tap your phone with their device and it’s yours. Whole new world.

I had an unpleasant experience at the Apple Store at Roosevelt Field 11/16/2024. I came in to pick up a birthday gift for a friend, and after checking in with an employee at the front of the store who directed me to wait in the order pickup area, I complied with the instructions. While waiting, another employee, a heavy-set white man, approached me, asked how I was doing, and then stated, “I don’t find you very trusting.”, for absolutely no reason. He also asked me for my ID, despite me explaining that I had already checked in with the employee at the front. The interaction left me feeling profiled and uncomfortable. It seemed as though my presence in the store was being questioned for no reason, and the insinuation that I wasn’t “trustworthy” was completely unwarranted and offensive. This was a disappointing experience, as I’ve always held Apple to high standards of customer service. I felt disrespected and unwelcome, which is not something I expected from a brand I’ve trusted for years. On top of that, I had Apple product on such as an Apple Watch, iPhone and AirPods of my own. I hope management takes steps to address situations like this so all customers feel valued and treated with respect in the future. For the record, I will not be going back there to do business with them because their customer service sucks. Not the first time someone has complained about this
