I had a fantastic experience with the team at High Tech. It takes a person of great integrity to turn down business, particularly during difficult times. We looked at the cracked screen on my laptop together and he ended up recommending I take it back to the manufacturer instead of doing it there at the shop. High Tech Solutions saved my phone and memories of my children! My screen went black yet I still was receiving notifications, text messages, phone calls, but my screen would not turn on. After calling multiple different "phone fixers" and being told there was nothing to be done, that I had lost all my precious memories (that I forgot to back up) someone local suggested I tried High Tech Solutions. My partner went to drop off the phone, was told that High Tech Solutions will try their best, but there was a chance that everything was lost. Yet, in less than 2 weeks time, High Tech Solutions NOT only replaced my screen they ALSO KEPT EVERYTHING IN TACT/I DID NOT LOSE MY MEMORIES. I highly recommend their professional, quick, expertise.
