The technician arrived on time and immediately began asking about the problem I was encountering. He reviewed a test page that had printed out a couple of days previously. It was a short time before he had pinpointed the problem. Because he was clearly knowledgeable and very professional, it made good sense when he explained the conclusion. I ordered what was needed and appreciated his insightful comments and suggestions. It was evident that he had years of experience with these issues. The entire experience was very pleasant, and he was cordial. If needed in the future, I will call on this company and request that he visits if he is available.
