SUPER Professional, Excellent, Reliable, REASONABLE! These are just a few words to describe the outstanding experience I had with David! I recommend using David's services with all my heart! Ok, so.. yesterday evening my computer suddenly shut off with no signs of life. I honestly thought that I just lost YEARS of my hard work! So, I went online in search for a computer lab to handle my issue, I've run a deep search with multiple labs.. I ended in up here and THANK G-D I DID! I called David and from briefly describing my computer problem, he knew right away what was the issue.. to the point! 30 minutes later, I was already in the lab.. David took over my computer and in an hour, my computer was back with me, working fast, sharp and as good as the day I bought it! WOW! To me, finding such a professional, kind and reasonably priced pro, is nothing short of a GIFT! Guys, if you are experiencing ANY issues with your computer, David is your BEST professional in Queens, hands down! I have visited the shop twice already and each time I have left completely satisfied. They provide fast service, clear communication, and are very knowledgeable. Regardless of what your need is for a home computer i feel like they gave it covered. I also know a thing or two about computers and I appreciate when a store is honest and clear with it’s customers. I highly recommend this place for your computer service and repair work. David helped to refurbish my computer before, and recently helped to reload the operating system and backup the data when I couldn’t get into OS. David is truly a great computer professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He deserves the highest marks, a 5 stars professional!
