Called regarding my Frigidaire range and tech came out on 1/14/25. He took pictures of the range and the model number. Told us someone would be in touch. Received a text that the parts were in and to schedule an appointment. Appointment was set for 1/28/25. Tech came in to my home and did not even look at the range and told me it is a 2 person job and that he couldn’t do it. I asked if he had the part and he said yes. I then asked if he could call the office and have them send someone to help him. He told me no that he had other appointments. I told him that right now was my appointment time and it would be great if we could get it done. Again the answer was no. He called the office to have it rescheduled. Earliest date was 2/4/25. I asked if he could come back tomorrow since I was being inconvenienced and he said no. Told me to call dispatch and if there was a cancellation maybe they could get me in. I called the service department to express my frustration and disappointment. After being on hold for quite sometime I was told that someone would call me back to see if I could get an earlier appointment. Never received a call back. Two techs came on 2/4/25 only to tell us they have the wrong part. Called the service center again, explained the situation and was told it was being escalated and we would receive a call back by the end of the day. I told Kimberly that I was told the same thing last week and she assured me I would receive a call back. Never received a call. Now it is 2/10/25 and just received a text that the part is delayed. Really! Going on a month with no results. What is it going to take to get this resolved? We have been a customer for over 30 years but I guess that doesn’t mean a thing. .

Absolutely Disappointed on the level of professionalism at the service call center. I have this warranty service for approximately 10 yrs (I purchased a 10 year service contract). The service contract for the money well worth it. I must say, their staff at the calling center definitely needs some improvement. I called several time thought out the 10yrs of service and always get service agent that might be rude or do not care about the way they speak to the customer. I called this morning and encounter an agent by the name of Nelson. The level of professionalism was a 0. After speaking to Nelson for a few minutes about a issue with my microwave, he proceeded to tell me that I don't have a service contract for it. I had explained to Nelson that we did, he proceeded to argue with me about it and instead of deescalate the situation, he escalated it. He went as far as telling me that by me calling him by his name and getting personal because I was calling his name, it wasn't going to make any difference. (I think it was the right thing to call the person by his name out of courtesy). After I proceeding to check the warranty service on the microwave, we noticed that we had a replacement on it and the warranty wasn't on the same service contract. Nelson was very rude and refused to help me until I further explain that it might be on the same address. He then proceeded to check my address and found the other service contract for the microwave. I know dealing with people is not an easy thing to do, but being rude and augmentative with a customer, doesn't help the situation. PC Richard, please fix this. Thank you.

Horrible customer service, they don't try to help their customers at all. Had a delivery scheduled for today. I received an automated call for delivery confirmation yesterday, connected to a live person to ask about a delivery window, she rudely told me we don't give delivery windows, I asked her how am I to know, she said I'll get a text after 4pm. I never received one. When I tried calling back, the store was closed. They came pretty early this morning, around 8:30 am, I was still asleep and missed the delivery. Called customer service and they rescheduled to Tuesday, she stated if I didn't get a text, that I should check my email and there's a number to get my delivery window, would have been nice to have that information before. When I asked about anything sooner, no help, I asked if they can try to contact the driver to see, no help. I explained to them that I had a gathering at my house tomorrow, and really needed the stove, they didn't care, I texted the driver from the number called, he said he was too far, I asked about any other time today, no response. Just one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, they just care about getting their sales and nothing else. Went to a different branch initially to view my stove beforehand and even then the customer service wasn't the best. They really needed to do better as a chain.

Gate open at 6 AM check it in at 6:15 AM for 12:30 PM appointment. I got a door at 8:30 unloaded 11 AM but The door space is very tight not fit 53, trailer

A star is being nice ! Buy parts from Amazon and pay for someone to install them. I have the warranty and still waiting for parts 3 weeks already and keep getting the run around when its coming in.
