The public bathroom here is disgusting. It is unkempt and is a direct reflection of store leadership. The managers should be ashamed. None of the workers that I encountered here appeared to be enjoying their jobs. The workers should unionize and fight for better working conditions.

At temperatures of ninety degrees Fahrenheit, not to have central air conditioning is a drawback. This branch of Staples tried its best with numerous rollable air conditioning units rattling away with hoses dangling from the ceiling, but it made for an unæsthetic and noisy shopping experience. Also the stock of merchandise is a bit more limited than at other branches, even for basic things like Staples’ won brand Red’s highlighters. Outside parking is easy in Staples Plaza.

Great store! Happy to have a Staples in our neighborhood! Lots of good products and prices. We purchased a shredder just yesterday. Can't give a review just yet but the store and staff were helpful.

This may be one of the smaller Staples stores, but they usually have everything I am looking for. Some of the nicest Staples employees in this location, too, especially the people at the back desk handling returns, printing, and shredding.

I wanted to see what a thinkpad feels like before investing in one. I asked the computer repair person if there were any in the store. He literally turned his back on me and started to walk away and said no. I engaged him by asking a question but clearly he was uncomfortable. I wouldn't mind a "no" if I was able to return it without any issue. But how is this location surviving when you have this type of customer service?
