The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this store in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review. Atmosphere: This place is pretty clean and bright. You get a good sense of probably having a good experience. Service: Service is decent. The moment you walk in, they will immediately try to assist you. Sometimes, it can be a bit overwhelming when they're on top of you every time, even though you may just want time to search for the right product. Products: I went in there looking for a case for my Galaxy S21. Therefore, I can only give my opinion about this product and not other services at the store. I think their phone cases are just cheap. Mine did not even last a year. Three months after my purchase, the color started to fade away. It only took soft friction for the color to come out. It looked like my phone had been dropped so many times. Prices: The price for my case was not worth it. Like I've said, poor quality case. It did not compensate for its high price.

Awful place all reviews are not real. Got my rear screen replaced on iphone 13 screen was not fitted correctly, my camera lens does not focus after replacing it, and also replaced my battery now i keep having this annoying message of after market battery. awful place. the rear screen was so fragile and it was coming out. got my phone fixed for a trip. the screen is such bad quality that it cracked within the week again by regular finger pressure on rear screen. battery problems every since i got it replaced. horrible customer service. DO NOT DO NOT FIX YOUR PHONE HERE. now i spent $250 and nothing that was installed in my phone is operating as desgin. now i got another cracked screen, is unbelievably fragile how the screen is. as you can see the picture taken was the day of screen installation when i went to pick up my phone the guy still had the clamps for the back screen on but as soon as i came he took them off and handed me a phone with 2% battery, and with silicone all around edges of screen. i got scammed out of $250 please do not visit this store. SHADY BUSINESS NOT INTEGRITY.

Very satisfied with the service. The bald guy with the beard did a good job fixing my broken phone. He did it quick and good. However my only complaint is this one lady. When I first arrived she asked what I’m here for. I told her to get my phone repaired. She asked what phone I have and I told her “IPhone XR”. Tell me why she told me “No that’s not an XR thats a 12”. Like excuse me? Are u the owner of my phone? Then she grabbed the phone and asked me to unlock it… and again told her it’s broken I need it repaired. Someone else ended up helping me getting my phone repaired. Then once I went to pick up my phone the guy who fixed my phone asked me if I want a screen protector and phone case? Of course satisfied with his service I said yes and he pointed the direction of phone cases specifically for my phone. The same lady came asked if I needed help I told her “no just looking”. She then proceeded to recommend me random phone cases that I was clearly not interested. Being very pushy to choose one of the designs she suggested. Even after telling her “it’s not my kind of style” I got annoyed and just wanted to leave at that point and didn’t have the chance to look through all of them and end up with none. I bought a phone case at target instead.
