So I’m standing in between a group of 9 apple employees all together hoping to be noticed and they all looked at me and ignored me which is fine. I then proceeded to stand by a column and you’d think someone even by safety reason would come and ask if I’m looking to make a purchase. SMH. Apple isn’t what it used to be. It’s been 7 mins total of 12 mins since I originally wrote this review. A couple of people were greeted who walked next to me and I still haven’t been approached to see if I needed something. I wonder if it’s because I’m Latino. Review update. There was a lady behind me, I asked her if she worked there. She asked me with a rude attitude as if she was not wanting to work, never-mind willingness to help asking me “what’s going on?”. Inward of “hello, my name is such and such, how may I help you?”. I told her my concerns and she tried to dismiss me by bringing me to a table. I m standing at a table and waiting for the employees at the table to ask me what I’m looking for, completely ignoring me. I do not know how Apple trains their employees, but I don’t think this was the way. If I were to work like this or act in this manner with my customers, believe me I would have been spoken to and retrained. I stood at the table for 2 mins and the employees there did not say anything. It went to the point that I had to ask if I was going to be asked if I needed anything. The guy there was quick to say “sir if you’re going to be rude, I am not going to help you”. So, I’m standing right next to him not being helped, I tried to get him to help me, and I’m the rude person. Great going APPLE, great going!. I was an Apple customer since the first Apple phone was released. I guess this is why Samsung has more customers. Overall. This place does not deserves a single star. It’s a complete disappointment.

I went to the genius bar to get help for my phone with an appointment, I got there on time still had to wait over an hour to get attended Which i didn’t mind a lot, what bothered me is that the staff was so talkative most of them huddle in a corner and just chit chatting. The women I had asked assistance gave me so much attitude. Told me what do I want and said ignored me and was laughing when I kept saying excuse can I get some help. The guy that actually helped me with my phone was pretty understanding and helpful. I wish i could’ve given a better review but this place is so unorganized.

It's easy to leave a one-star review when a repair experience doesn't work out so I want to leave a five-star review when they went above and beyond. Geraldine was super kind and supportive when I was having an issue with my work laptop that was freaking me out, and fixed the issue when two other stores failed to do so. They also saw me way, way before my scheduled appointment time.

Staff here hates helping you sync your data over to the new device. Always hit you with the it will take 2 hours which is annoying because you just want to get a new device that costs $1000+ but they can’t even set you up for a successful transfer so you don’t lose everything. Literally went on two occasions and walked away with no phone each time because they wanted me to go home and do the transfer first . Like sure I’ll go make your job easier for you and then go back to give you the $1000+ sale like it’s nothing . Went on two occasions both with dismissive staff
