Store Was Very clean and I went in and was greeted promptly , picked the item that I needed and went to the checkout and the young lady who waited on me was also very friendly and courteous. A very Pleasant experience. It has been a long time since I had been in a Brick & Mortar facility. I usually tend to purchase things online, but decided to go to a physical Staples Store that day.

Store was clean, well-stocked and items were easy to find. The cashier was very polite and cordial. Poor cashier was running back and forth running the register and helping customers at the customer service desk.

Whenever I visit the store, I have a great experience. Whether it's to purchase products in person or online, or utilize their print marketing services, I accomplish what I came to do. I've been a satisfied customer since 1997. Thank you Staples

Printing service wasn't the best by far. I settled for something I shouldn't have in essence of time. After I selected what I wanted, the print came out totally different. I won't choose this place next time unless I stay there the entire time during the process, so they don't mess it up.

*DO NOT GO HERE!!! A waste of time coming here*** Racist employees On 9/08/24 at 12:50pm, I walked into the store to print 2 sheets of paper. Everyone at the printing station (about 5 employees) were standing behind the counter taking to one another with their phones out (as 1 employee who was not on the clock were standing over there as well). The all turned and looked at me amazed as I walked in holding my puppy and made the interaction with seeing the dog. I walked up and I asked the guy (not knowing he was the manager-Anthony white male with black haircut stops mid ear) if he can print something for me as the self service printer possibly does not have the type of paper I’d need. He (Anthony) told me, he can not print anything for me and it would be a wait as they are busy and have many jobs as all the employees behind the station were staring and listening to the conversation. I then asked how? When y’all are back here just standing and talking? This is when now everyone behind the printing station wants to pick up order paperwork and get to their stations to act is if they are or were so busy BUT when I walked in…they were all standing behind the counter chattering and had the time to give bubbly eyes to my dog and say how cute he was. Anthony claimed they were all back there talking because it was a meeting of tasks for the day @ 1pm. But the store been open since 10am?? I then Asked who was the lady on her phone laying over the counter next to us because now I’m trying to understand what non sense excuse he was giving. Anthony responded she wasn’t on the clock so she can be on her phone. Okay fine … So why would she need to be over there attending a “for the day” task meeting ? B.s. !! Y’all were over there giggling and chattering and not doing any orders! Point proven. I then stated how I’ve come here many times and needed something that I couldnt do on self service and it was printed for me as I was there. So what’s the difference or hold up today ?? I requested to speak to the supervisor, Anthony the manager said he was the supervisor for the day. So, I asked for the actual supervisor information to submit my complaint or see how this can be resolved (Anthony the manager didn’t want to give me their information nor did he give me any resources if I wanted to make complaint). The other employees were giggling as this was a joke. You all are a disgust honestly! I come here consistently as a business owner and you all Customer Service and timely manner to handle things is usually terrible to Black people. It just sucks that this is the only staples close enough but, I will not be returning. You all need to train your employees how to respect ALL people! Not just white folks. I’ve witnessed multiple times as well white customers come in and go straight to the desk and get assisted with no push offs. All the wasted time Antony (the manager) gave to go back and forward explaining to me how he COULDN’T assist me at that moment is the time he COULD HAVE assisted me! He even offered to show me the order queue but again …he didn’t have the time to assist me? I My 2 sheets of paper could have been printed by then! Do better!
