A couple of weeks ago I gave Mr Tech Bench a call for a Victorian Village Christmas house that was not working properly, after I had seen it was a single wire inside that broke off that plays the music. It was a tiny soldering that was needed and it was a quick service and much to my surprise NO CHARGE just very kind to fix this house for me. So happy to know I can use it later this year. Thankyou! Again and I highly recommend them.

These guys are 100% my #1 choice go to spot for any technological question that I may have about any device or type of wired connections that I may have hooked up correctly or not, etc. when I need something fixed on my phone, it's always cheap quick service and the phone works perfect. These guys are the real deal & the customer service is exceptional, Highly Recommended, you can't walk out of there without any new knowledge about something to say the least, Thanks for the advice today I came in for and Thank you even for tossing me a free (very old;but hard to find) usb cable that I had needed. 100% legitimate businessmen here, I have a couple of friends who drive out here from 25+ miles away any time they have a problem with their technology. 10 Stars out of 5 Guys! Roberto was amazing! Highly communicative, fair turnaround time (especially considering how busy you could see they were!) and the price was very reasonable. They actually pinpointed the issue exactly and made a concise repair, rather than just immediately replacing parts and running up the tab on me. I highly recommend this spot for great service, honest pricing, and all from a local shop!

Effectively brought in a dead lifeless laptop. Roberto worked his magic on it and helped me out a great deal. Cannot recommend him enough for all your electronic issues. He truly went above and beyond to help and now the laptop is practically brand new. Can't thank him enough.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Truly an honest place!! My son and my phone screens were cracked. We went to get them replaced. He showed me that it was actually the screen saver that cracked. He could have kept both phones and charged me. I would never have known. I am blown away. There are some good guys left in the world. Really helped teach my son a lesson on honest business people!!
